Garage Conversions
A garage Conversion to a new room is not always as simple as you may think. There are numerous Building Regulations that need to be adhered to. It's not just a case of throwing up some poly insulation and plasterboard. As demands by Local Authorities increase to improve insulation so does the need for improved ventilation. Changes to electricity runs need to be undertaken, new windows are needed to meet with possible fire regulations all need to be signed off by Building Control.

It's a fact that a new build is easier to undertake than a conversion. So beware of low cost quotes, if its not us that you choose, please do choose a dedicated Garage Conversion Company.
Our Free Guide To Converting Your Garage goes into a few of the regulations required, so its worth a read and will give you some ideas of the questions you should ask of anyone quoting for your Garage Conversion.

Building Regulations are there for your protection so don't let anyone tell you that you don't need Building Regulations!!

I am extremely please with the result as it tuned out just as I had envisaged. You and your team worked very efficiently and finished the Conversion on time. I had the impression every one knew what they were doing and carried out their very competently. They arrived on time and left the site tidy at the end of the day. They were also very friendly and consulted me whenever there was a decision to be made which may have affected me. I will not hesitate to recommend you to any one I know who wants to convert their garage.

Hi Sharon,
Thanks for the receipt. We are very happy with everything and really cannot commend your team highly enough for their professional and courteous manner. Whilst always a very stressful process having workmen in the house with children around, they have taken every opportunity to chat with the children, explain what they're doing and have been so friendly. Please do thank them all very much from us!
Best wishes,
Sarah
