A Scope of Works is pretty much self explanatory , it tells you what is going to be undertaken at a set price, but it’s absolutely key in determining, for you, what is included in the construction design and construction price. Without a Scope of Works from each of the vendors, you have chosen to quote, how can you compare like for like quotes. As a minimum it should include electrical specification, window design, flooring and an approved set of Building Regulations. Trust us on this one, no Scope, no Building Regulations means conflict and confusion.
